Abstract/Summary:
Objective:This research was to study the Sizhixiangfu powder’s effect ofanti-inflammatory and analgesic through establishing the model of the acute closed softtissue blunt of SD rat and observing the recovery of injured limbs of rats. Sizhixiangfupowder, which was a prescription used by medical professor Zheng Huaixian, was used asthe drug compared with the Qili powder (Beijing Tongrentang co., Tongrentangpharmaceutical factory). By observing the clinical effects of internal medicine in therecovery of injured limbs of rats, the bFGF and tissue morphology was tested anddiscussed. And we were expecting to provide useful reference for the treatment of thistreatment for acute soft tissue injury.Method:According to random number table method (n=72),75SD rats of threemonths old were divided those rats into three groups,after weighting and recording thoserats Group,group A was experimental group(using Sizhixiangfu powder), group B was drugcontrol group(using Qili powder), group C was research contrast group. Then we randomlydivided those rats into four phases point group (1day,3days group6day10days group, n=6), giving Chinese medicine irrigation suits to the three groups according to the differentcategories once per12hours, the group C was given amount of saline irrigation. Thendetected the basic fibroblast growth factor content (bFGF) in injured tissue of the rats byobserving the change of weight and soft tissue injury index.Results:(1) weight: the result of the weight in the three group were no significantdifferences (P>0.05);(2) soft tissue injury index: the rat model’s hind leg appear limpingimmediately. All the three groups have the change of blue building area, blood stasis andswelling. The injury index score of the three group rat model was no significant difference(P>0.05) in the1day and the3days; Since the six day Qili powder group and researchgroup appeared significant difference (P <0.05), but Sizhixiangfu powder group were nosignificant difference (P>0.05) compared to the other two groups. From10th daySizhixiangfu powder group have significant difference compared with research contrastgroup (P <0.05), with Qili powder group no significant difference (P>0.05);(3) Histomorphology observation: As time goes by,each tissues edema, Inflammatory cellsinfiltration, presenting to reduce inflammatory reaction, With A and B reduction in themost obvious;(4)bFGF content: the first day after building the model, there was highlysignificant difference (P <0.01) between Sizhixiangfu powder group and Qili powder, andthe research contrast group also had no significant difference (P>0.05) compared to theother two groups. At the three days there had significant difference (P <0.05) betweenSizhixiangfu powder group and the Qili powder group, while Qili powder group had nosignificant difference (P>0.05) compared with the research contrast group. Since the sixday, there was highly significant difference (P <0.05) between Sizhixiangfu powder groupand the research contrast group, while Qili powder group did not have significant difference(P>0.05) compared to those two groups; From10th day, those three groups do not havemuch difference (P>0.05) compared with each other.Conclusion: Sizhixiangfu powder can stimulate the proliferation of fibroblasts, promoteangiogenesis, improve nutrition and microcirculation, accelerate the tissue healing andmay reduce formation of scar;...
