Objective: Taking the hospital late famous martial medical expertprofessor Huaixian Zheng medication experience as the guide, self-healing scattered asa treatment material, We observed healing powder in treating cutaneous wound in rats;explore the influence of the Chinese proprietary cutaneous wound histology and bFGFin cutaneous wound tissue, and provide a theoretical basis for the drug for clinical use inthe future treatment of cutaneous wound.Methods:36male three-month-old SD rats weighing225±25g,7days after thelaboratory using adaptive feeding combat modeling. All rats were back skin excisionmodel. Modeling after36rats were weighed and recorded to check the random numbertable is divided into three groups (n=36), group A: experimental group (Yuhe-San),group B: the drugs control group (Sheng Ji Xiang Pi Plaster), C groups: blank controlgroup, and numbered with a marker,and then,divided into three different point intime.The experimental group and the drug control group was given drugs topicaldressing, while The wound given corresponding drugs and dressing was changed everyday.We observe quality and rate of wound healing at each time point. And also weshould observe the pathological changes of rat cutaneous wounds,record the change ofthe body weight of rats,observe cutaneous wounds tissue and bFGF in cutaneouswounds tissue.we will process and analyse the Data according the software of SPSS16.0.Results:(1)The rate of wound healing: modeling after7days,the experimental group andthe drugs control group compared with the blank control group, a significant difference(P <0.05).After14days, experimental group and the blank group and the drugs controlgroup, there are significant differences (P <0.05), but at two time points, experimentalgroup with drugs control group do not have a significant difference (P>0.05).(2)bFGF:3days after modeling, there is a highly significant difference between group C and groupA, group B(P<0.01), group A and group B has no different(P>0.05).7days aftermodeling, there is a significant difference between group C and group A, group B(P<0.05), group A and group B has no different(P>0.05).14days after modeling,groupA、group B and group C has no differen(tP>0.05).(3)Weight: rats in each group duringthe experiment, the weight gain of the blank control group is the slowest, experimentalgroup and the drugs control group weight increase are more pronounced with the blankcontrol group, a significant difference (P <0.05), but the experimental group and thedrugs control group do not have a significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: Yuhe-San has the effectiveness of Invigorating the circulation of blood,collaterals, hygroscopic,convergence boils and raw muscle,and has definite effectfor the rat’s cutaneous wound. Yuhe-San can improve the body weight of rats aftercutaneous wound,the quality of healing of cutaneous wounds and the rat’s cutaneouswound healing rate, affect bFGF in cutaneous wound tissue.Yuhe-San can Promote thehealing of the rat’s cutaneous wounds.Yuhe-San may have certain effect for theexcessive scar formation in the rat’s cutaneous wound.we can make further research andprovide a guidance for future clinical application.
