Purposeļ¼šObserved jiedu huoxue four miao yong of traditional Chinese medicinedecoction for acute coronary syndrome (ACS) thermal huiyong, blood stasispercutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with postoperative IL-8and ICAM-1Methods: PCI postoperative50patients with ACS were randomly divided intoconventional treatment group (25cases, to the conventional treatment of westernmedicine), Chinese medicine treatment group (25cases, on the basis ofconventional western medicine therapy combined with four miao yong of huoxuejiedu decoction), before and after treatment were detected in serum IL-8andthe expression of ICAM-1level.Results: After treatment, Chinese medicine treatment group (IL-8[(5.33+0.62)ng/ml (6.03+0.69) ng/m1] and ICAM-1[(5763.79+849.96) pg/ml (4640.39+491.21) pg/m1] expression levels were significantly lower (P <0.05);Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) clinical curative effect of treatment groupis superior to the conventional treatment group (the total effective rate:92%vs72%, P <0.05).Conclusion: Jiedu huoxue four miao yong of traditional Chinese medicine decoctioncan obviously reduce hot huiyong, blood stasis syndrome in patients with acutecoronary syndrome (acs) PCI postoperative serum IL-8and the expression of ICAM-1level, inhibit PCI postoperative inflammatory reaction, have certain curative effect foracute coronary syndrome...
