Anorectal disease is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinic and the operation is the most effective means for the treatment of anorectal disease. However, many patients with anorectal disease after operation will have pain, edema, bulge, haemorrhage, infection and other complications which will have serious effect on the curative effect and the patients’ quality of life after operation and bring great harm to the patients. At present, there have been many researches on anorectal disease postoperative complications with Chinese medicine treatment and it has achieve good clinical efficacy, especially Chinese medicine herbal external fumigation has significant effect and can cure postoperative complications such as pain and slow wound healing, which serves multiple needs.Chinese fumigate and wash therapy is a special traditional therapy, whichplays a very important role in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and it belongs to external treatment of TCM. In this therapy, drugs would touch skin or pars affectadirectly, so it helps to reduce the toxicity and side effect. Due to the excellenttherapeutic effect,it is widely to be used in treating anorectal diseases in recentyears. Decoction of Zhilouxunxi is summarized by our department in the long-term clinical practice to cure anorectal postoperative complications with Chinese medicine herbal external fumigation and has achieved good clinical effect in relieving complications such as anorectal post-operational pain and edema. Now, in order to study the clinical effect of the decoction of Zhilouxunxi on the treatment of anorectal postoperative complications, this thesis carried out a comparison search with warm water treatment, aiming to hope to find a relatively ideal method to cure anorectal postoperative complications.Object:To observe the clinical effect of the decoction of Zhilouxunxi en the treatment of anorectal postoperative complications.Methods:Using parallel controlled design,60qualified cases of anorectal postoperative patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30cases in each group. All the cases were from Oriental development of Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. All the patients were treated with the decoction of Zhilouxunxi by using anorectal fumigation equipment one day after operation, once a day, and then with Gangtai ointment. The control group was treated only with warm water by using anorectal fumigation equipment one day after operation, once a day, and then with Gangtai ointment. Postoperative wound with localized pain, edema, bulge, haemorrhage and humidity as the main observation indexes, quantitative score on the relevant indictors, and record the correspongding scores. To collect related information to the unified statistical software SPSS17.0by statistical analysis. Results:3days after treatment, curative effect, total score of all symptom and score of pain, edema, bulge and humidity of treatment group were higher than that of control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05), but there is no significant difference on the score of hemorrhage (P>0.05).7days after treatment, curative effect, total score of all symptom and score of pain, edema, bulge, haemorrhage and humidity of treatment group were higher than that of control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Decoction of Zhilouxunxi can significantly improve the anorectal postoperative pain and hemorrhage and is an effective method for the treatment of intestinal postoperative complications.
