Qinglongbaihu decoction recorded in Qing Dynasty famous doctor Wang Meng Ying "Wang shi yi an" the volume two. Fructus Canarii and Raphanus sativus L. are homology of medicine and food. Fructus Canarii color is biue and Raphanus sativus L. color is white,as agent,they can eliminate the phlegm obstructed in the meridian, solve the toxin of fatty meat, grain, fish and noodles, also the throat sickness may exempt. The drug Fructus Canarii that commonly used to clear heat and free throat. Modern research shows that Fructus Canarii contains many gallic acid and flavonoids.Gallic acid as its main heat-clearing and disinhibiting components, flavonoids have inhibitory effects on a variety of pathogens and have good anti-inflammatory, antiviral pharmacological activity. Raphanus sativus L. can strengthen spleen, clear heat and detoxify.It also have good effect on clearing the heat in the lung,stoping cough and release the stagnation in the stomach. This thesis based on the ancient formula Qinglongbaihu tang, change dosage forms to buccal tablets, focusing on exploring the extraction technology, preparation technology, quality standard, primary stability to make scientific, reasonable,safe and effective medicine food homology of new drugs.On the study of exctrcting technology, choosed the contents of Gallic acid and total flavonoids,yield of dry extraction in Fructus Canarii as index.Used water as the extraction solvent, Fructus Canarii was crushed into fine powder, with orthogonal test for optimization of extraction technique, plused8times the amount of water, extracted twice, each time lh. Molding process, concentrated and dried extract into powder. Single factor was used to determine the fillers, flavoring agent, wetting agents, lubricants, Central composite design-response surface method was used to optimize prescription dosage.The prescription:powder dosage:300g/1000tablets; mannitol dosage:200g/1000tablets; microcrystalline cellulose dosage:100g/1000tablets; proteoglycan dosage:10g/1000tablets; menthol dosage:15g/1000tablets; The magnesium stearate usage:4.5g/1000tablets. Preparation Process:The medicine extracting powder added mannitol and microcrystalline cellulose, proteoglycan, made of soft material with70%ethanol, granulation, and dried at60℃. After the ethanol dissolved in ethanol spray on the particles. Dried and added magnesium stearate, then compressed into tablets. The quality standard was studied to establish the quality standard for the buccal tablet. The preliminary stability study has show the product is stable.The result shows the preparation technology is rational and feasible, the product quality is stable and safe and controllable.The study has laid a good foundation for the development of Qinglongbaihu buccal tablet.
