Objective:To explore the effects of Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang on CDK4MCAO rats and CDK6expressionMethods:The middle cerebral artery occlusion method (MCAO) model of focal cerebral ischemia in rats, using five ratings, screening in animal models, the animals were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, the group BYHWD, respectively,7d,14d,21d animals were sacrificed method using Ayelet levy assessed the recovery of neurological function in rats, HE staining morphological changes in rat brain cells, immunohistochemical assay brain CDK4, CDK6’s.Results:1.A neurological score:sham operated three time points were no neurological deficits, model group and BYHWD rats there are obvious neurological deficits, the model group three time points neurological recovery is not obvious, and Model compared to the group, the group BYHWD each time point reduction in neurological deficit score, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); description BYHWD can reduce neurological score MCAO rats.2.HE staining:BYHWD hippocampal cells were observed in vacuolar cells was significantly reduced compared with the model group, cortex, ischemic penumbra cell morphology was significantly improved, compared with the model group cells arranged neatly.7,14d BYHWD group still exists a small nuclear stained and vacuolated cells, but21d BYHWD hippocampal cell morphology close to the sham group Showed BYHWD can protect brain cells. 3. Immunohistochemical expression in rat brain CDK4, CDK6:the sham group showed a small amount of CDK4, CDK6protein expression, compared to three time points the difference was statistically insignificant (P>0.05). Model group cortex, hippocampus and ischemic penumbra visible CDK4, CDK6more expression, increase with time, peaked at14days, followed by a downward trend. BYHWD group showed a lot of CDK4, CDK6expression, compared to the untreated group were significantly different (P<0.01), an increase over time,14days after a downward trend.Conclusion:1. BYHWD reduce focal cerebral ischemia in rats neurological damage and promote recovery of neurological function.2. BYHWD can improve ischemic penumbra tissue morphology, protect brain cells.3. model group of cortical areas, CDK4, CDK6expression in the hippocampus and ischemic penumbra of an increase of the sham group, BYHWD group was significantly more than the expression of the model group, increased expression of the most obvious early,14days reached a peak.
