| Objective:To study the influence of Fuke Qianjin Tablets to rat’s caspases-3protein, caspases-8protein, NF-κB protein, IκB protein, Fasl protein and FasmRNA expression of ovary and fallopian tubes with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:The rats were established by mixed bacteria of Escherichia coli, Staphyloccocus aureus and M.urealyticum. The rats were randomly divided into7groups:the control group, the model group, the low dosage group, the middle dosage group and the high dosage group of Fuke Qianjin Tablets, Fuyankang group. Fuke Qianjin Tablets in high, middle and low dosage were used to treat chronic pelvic inflammation model rat for21days. Takes rat’s ovary and fallopian tubes, the expression of caspases-3protein, caspases-8protein, NF-κB protein, IκB protein, Fasl protein and FasmRNA were detected by immunocytochemistry. In situ hybridization method was used in FasmRNA expression of the rat’s ovary and fallopian tubes.Results:After21days, Compared with model group, the expression of caspases-3protein, caspases-8protein, Fasl protein, FasmRNA and IκB protein in rat’s ovary and fallopian tubes:the Fuke Qianjin Tablets groups were higher than in model group(P<0.05); the expression of NF-κB protein in rat’s ovary and fallopian tubes:the Fuke Qianjin Tablets groups were lower than in model groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuke Qianjin tables by increasing the model the rat ovary and fallopian tubes organization Caspase-3protein, Caspase-8protein, IκB protein, Fas mRNA, FasL protein expression, inhibition of the model rat ovary and fallopian tubes NF-κB protein expression induces apoptosis of inflammatory cells, inhibiting the growth of inflammatory cells, so as to reduce the inflammation, reduce inflammation and pathological damage, to eliminate chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. |
