Auricular Syndrome Distribution And Discussion (vagus Nerve Stimulation) Treatment Of Depression

Purpose:Objective evaluation of different TCM syndrome types in patients with depression distribution, discusses the ear vagus nerve stimulation on glove type two virtual efficacy and safety of the depression.Method:This study of88diagnosed with depression were randomly divided into trial group and control group, experimental group using ear vagus nerve stimulation (earpins "heart""spleen"), control group adopts the vagus nerve stimulation ("shoulder""elbow"), four weeks after treatment, the control group by the vagus nerve stimulation to the vagus nerve stimulation, to continue treatment, a total of12weeks.Two groups at0,4,8,12weeks for TCM syndrome scale, depression self rating scale (SDS) and Hamilton depression rating scale collection item24.According to TCM syndrome scale for TCM syndrome type distribution;44cases of TCM syndrome types for type glove two virtual patient groups, group contrast clear ear vagus nerve stimulation and the vagus nerve stimulation in patients with type glove two virtual difference, according to the fourth week24hamd scores assessed the effect of classification;Data using SPSS18.0software for statistical analysis.Result:88cases of patients with Syndrome Distribution:45cases of heart lienal two empty (50%), La Tortura depression in17cases (19.31%),16cases of fire due to qi stagnation of liver qi stagnation (18.18%),7cases (7.95%), hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency in3cases (4.55%).44patients with glove two deficiency syndrome, TCM syndrome scale difference between two groups significantly (P=0.000<0.000), depression self rating scale significant difference (P=0.000<0.01),24hamd scale is significant difference between the two groups (P=0.003<0.01);Experimental group SDS scale0,4,8,12weeks, significant difference was found in0weeks and4weeks,4weeks and12weeks, significant difference.13cases of experimental group1cases were markedly effective, effective, invalid9cases, total effective rate was60.87%;Control effectively in2cases,19cases ineffective, the total effective rate was10.53%, significant difference between the two groups (P=0.000<0.01).Insomnia have difference between two groups (P=0.021<0.05), there are differences between the shallow sleep (P=0.012<0.05), the more dreams, difficulty sleeping, and wake up three symptoms improvement is not obvious.Conclusion:â‘ In this study,88patients with depression, TCM syndrome types in glove two empty, melancholy frustrating, gas YuHua fire to give priority to.â‘¡The glove comparison between the two virtual group of patients with type hint, the curative effect of vagus nerve stimulation therapy is superior to the vagus nerve stimulation.â‘¢Control of the exciting place two sets of corresponding points "heart""spleen" and "shoulder""elbow", the difference between groups also prompt the points are relatively specific.
