Clinical Evaluation Of Quality Of Life Scale Development Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Efficacy In Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective:To grope for developing a quality of life scale of acute myocardial infarction based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, filtrating items of the scale by means of Delphi Method and clinical surveys, by which to determine the items of the Traditional Chinese Medicine quality of life scale of acute myocardial infarction primarily and investigate the scientificity of this scale through the clinical surveys of up-to-standard patients.Method:In terms of the developing regulations of international scales, on references of massive domestic and foreign documents, under the instructions of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the researching team have established four dimensions of symptoms, physiology, emotions and society as well as founded45item pools preliminarily. Firstly, we filtrate the items by means of Delphi Method, then analyze the reliability of the specialists using the specialists positivity coefficients, authority coefficients, concentration degree and coordination coefficients of two rounds of Delphi Method, meanwhile implement the index filtration through critical value method; Secondly, we filtrate the items again applying for clinical researching, evaluate the internal consistency of the index and the representativeness of the items together with index filtration by using frequency distribution method, correlation coefficient method, Cronsbach’s method, impact factor trend method and dispersion tendency method, then weight relevant items and dimensions by using RSR. Finally, assess and evaluate the reliability and efficiency of the scale by taking further revision.Contents:To establish the main dimensionalities and item pool of the Traditional Chinese Medicine quality of life scale of acute myocardial infarction as well as filtrate, make analysis and evaluation of its scientificity.Results:The specialists positivity coefficients in two rounds are93.75%and100%, coordination coefficients are0.34(P<0.05) and0.59(P<0.05), the average authority coefficients is0.75, which can dedicate that the positivity, authority and reliability of the specialists are good to some degree. According to the analysis, we respectively delete6and5items during first and second round of Delphi Method; Through clinical research we delete1item, our standard is to delete the one that has been got rid of by at least2methods including frequency distribution method, correlation coefficient method, Cronsbach’s method, impact factor trend method and dispersion tendency method. We eventually decide four dimensions of symptoms, physiology, emotions and society and33items (12in symptoms,5in physiology,11in emotions and5in society). On grounds of scientifity evaluation, the overall Cronsbach’s coefficient is0.623, the split-half reliability is0.757, thus the whole scale is considered credible. The correlated coefficient of the items and dimensions is in0.2-0.9, which shows that its construct validity is okay. The correlated coefficient with SAQ is0.407(P<0.05), which indicates that the standard relevancy degree is acceptable. It can be used as clinical evaluation method independently.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese Medicine quality of life scale of acute myocardial infarction is certified to be credible and feasible for being a sort of evaluating instrument in areas of clinical inspections, quality of life evaluations, pharmacoeconomics, etc.
