Correlation Analysis Of Coagulation Indexes In Elderly Patients With CAP Tongue Modified Buzhongyiqitang And Therapeutic Interventions

ObjectiveBy observing the tongue and blood coagulation index of elderly patients with community acquired pneumonia, to make clear the relationship between tongue and coagulation indexes of elderly patients with community acquired pneumonia.Differentiation theory in TCM,given Buzhongyiqi Decoction intervention therapy on the elderly patients with CAP.To further explore its effects on the tongue and coagulation index and symptom of senile patients with CAP.MethodsSingle blind randomized controlled trial methods, The patients who meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group20cases and control group of20cases.Patients in the control group were treated routinely,by anti-inflammatory, relieving asthma,reducing phlegm and other treatment.Patients in the treatment group were treated with jiawei Buzhongyiqi Decoction on the basis of conventional therapy.The jiawei Buzhongyiqi Decotion in the original basis added Baikal skullcap root,forsythia,coix seed,angelica,rhubarb.With the card to add and subtract:chill person:Kamo Mako, ginger; wind heat:plus mulberry leaf, chrysanthemum; hot:plus gypsum, Anemarrhena; Yin deficiency: plus, raw land, Radix ophiopogonis.All patients were observed the first day.third days,seventh days of symptoms,tongue changes,the blood coagulation function and routine blood test.The tongue were collected by12000000pixel digital camera, At the same time,two or more TCM physician make the tongue diagnosis for patients, record the results after the agreement.. Blood coagulation index and PLT indexes had emergency laboratory.Compared with the control group to observe the changes of clinical symptoms and blood coagulation function.Results1The treated group and the control group in terms of age,sex,APACHE II score before treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05).2Tongue and coagulation:Comparison of blood stasis and dark tongue and non blood stasis dark tongue in PT,APTT, TT,FIB, INR,DD,PLT.Decrease stasis dark tongue TT content, FIB content increased,Compared with non blood stasis tongue.there are significant differences (P<0.05). Different tongue (Huang Houni, Bo Baini and less moss, no moss) between PT, APTT, TT, FIB, INR, DD, PLT index was not significantly different (P>0.05).3Changes of blood coagulation indexes before and after treatment:Compared with the control group,PT, APTT, TT, FIB, INR, D-two dimer after first, thrid days had no significant difference(P>0.05).Two groups of two D-dimer compared after seventh days have the significant differences(p<0.05).The two D-dimer mean level of the treatment group was lower than the control group.4Changes of tongue before and after treatment:In terms of tongue,the treatment group and the control group had no significant difference between the first day,thrid days,seventh days(P>0.05),Tongue:the treatment group compared with the control group had no statistical significance was first, in3,7day tongue difference (P>0.05); from self control:the treatment group with little fur no moss better than before, while the control group, less moss no moss is increased than before.5Symptoms:Compared with the control group,symptom scores had no significant difference between the two groups after first day,the two groups were comparable.Third day, the symptom scores of two groups did not differ significantly(P>0.05).After seventh days, the symptom scores of two groups compared were significant the difference(P<0.01).The treatment group score lower than the control group.Conclusion1There is a correlation between tongue and coagulation indexes of TT and FIB on the elderly patients with CAP, In dark tongue,the TT level decreased and FIB level increased.2The use of Jiawei Buzhongyiqi decoction intervention can reduce the level of D-dimer. It found no obvious improvement on the tongue,but to improve the coated tongue.at the same time,it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with CAP.3The curative effect of Combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy is better than pure Western medicine treatment in elderly patients with CAP.
