Provide theoretical guidance for clinical application, the resistance of mycoplasma pneumonia treatment for children to provide new treatments.Methods Clinical observation of60cases with derived from Beijing university of Chinese medicine east hospital pediatric ward. Meet the inclusion criteria mycoplasma pneumonia Western, Chinese (pneumonia Asthma disease) syndrome belongs phlegm off the lung syndrome in children. Randomly divided into2groups, the treatment group and control group cases in30cases each. Use of clearing lung antispasmodic treatment group with huoxue fang wu joint azithromycin static drop anti-infection treatment of children mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, control group simply to azithromycin static drop anti-infection treatment, two groups are supplemented western medicine symptomatic treatment and disposal. By means of two groups before and after treatment in children with primary index (fever, cough, sputum indicates, asthma, lung auscultation, chest X-ray radiography), secondary index (spirit, complexion, heart rate, the appetite to eat, nausea, vomiting, thirst), laboratory indexes and the comparison of curative effect evaluation index, observation of oral Chinese medicine with huoxue fang qing wu lung antispasmodic joint static drops the clinical efficacy of azithromycin treatment of children mycoplasma pneumonia. Through the determination of two groups before and after treatment in children with blood routine and blood clot4+D-dimer, clarify of mycoplasma pneumonia in children with high coagulation state role in prevention, treatment and effects of the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia.Results Treatment group and control group total effective rate was100%, the treatment group and control group in treatment of infantile pneumonia asthma phlegm heat closed card is valid. In the secondary symptoms such as spirit, improve complexion, appetite to eat, thirsty, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group. The two groups after treatment differences in heart rate, nausea, vomiting, no statistical significance (P>0.05), this research is not mean that the treatment group in improving the patient’s heart rate, nausea and vomiting times better than the control group. The two groups after treatment of primary symptom integral, symptom integral and total integral comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group; The two groups after treatment of disease class ificat ion and curative effect evaluation, with significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group was graded and curative effect evaluation is superior to the control group. The differences of two groups in the course of treatment and curative effect of classification has no statistical significance (P>0.05), it is not able to explain the treatment group in the course of this study, efficacy is better than the control group on the classification. Laboratory examination, is: in the group and treatment group with CRP, PLT, D-dimer, PT and FIB were statistically significant differences between before and after the treatment (P<0.01, P<0.05), the control group before and after treatment of CRP, PLT, D-dimer and coagulation four differences no statistical significance (P>0.05), shows that for the purpose of this study, the treatment group before treatment after treatment in children with CRP, PLT, D-dimer, PT, FIB exist significant difference, while the control group before treatment after treatment in children with CRP, PLT, D-dimer and coagulation four aspects of the difference is not obvious. Comparison between the two groups after treatment group:the two groups after treatment of D-dimer, FIB difference was statistical ly significant (P<0.05), the treatment group in children with lower D-dimer, improving the FIB coagulation effect superior to the control group. CRP the two groups after treatment, the differences between the PLT, PT, APTT, TT has no statistical significance (P>0.05), for the purpose of this study, it is not enough to explain the treatment group in improving the MPP with CRP, PLT, PT, APTT and the role of the TT is better than the control group.Conclusions For TCM syndrome differentiation of phlegm heat closed lungs in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, lung antispasmodic wu qing with activating blood method combined static drops of azithromycin treatment, the clinical treatment, compared with the separate application of azithromycin for injection, the comprehensive curative effect is better, in improving the MPP children cough, sputum indicates, asthma, lung auscultation and spirit, complexion, appetite to eat main and second symptoms and signs, thirsty, etc; Reduce MPP with D-dimer, improvement the FIB coagulation effect superior to separate application of azithromycin for injection treatment, and has a tendency to shorten period of treatment. The solution effect is clear, less adverse reaction.
