ObjectiveThrough epidemiological surveys to Qinghai oilfield workers, screening251cases of high altitude hypertention patients. By using cluster analysis methods to study the distribution of Chinese syndromes of high altitude hypertention. Hoping to provide valuable reference for the distribution of Chinese syndromes of high altitude hypertention.MethodsBy using epidemiological research methods to design survey form, Filling in the survey form from June2013to August2013,screening251cases of high altitude hypertention patients, getting the patients’four diagnostic information, entrying the patients’four diagnostic information into EXCEL software, establishment a database,By using frequency analysis and cluster analysis investigate the distribution of Chinese syndromes of high altitude hypertention.ResultK Clinical character:The prevalence rate focus on the elderly population whose age is35-54years old. Men203(80.88%),49females (19.12%), males significantly more than women. The proportion of patients who is living in2000---3000meters is63.35%. The proportion of patients of15---34years work duration is68.52%. Family history of hypertension and smoking impact the occurrence of high altitude hypertention.2, Chinese four diagnostic information:A total of87Chinese four diagnostic informations. Excluding20informations which the positive rate less than7%. Final including67Chinese four diagnostic informations, the positive rate is more than20%is a total of40.3. Syndrome distribution:We cluster four common syndromes:Phlegm and blood stasis resist meridian syndromes64(25.50%); Excession of liver yang syndromes52(20.72%). Deficiency of qi and yin syndromes.41(16.33%) liver-kidney yin deficiency syndromes93(37.05%). Using frequency analysis, it shows that the positive rate of the liver-kidney yin deficiency symptoms which is more than50%are dizziness (77.29%), hot flashes and night sweats (68.13%), dry eyes (66.14%), weak waist (56.57%), five upset hot (55.38%), dry mouth and throat(54.98%), forgetfulness(54.58%).Conclusion1、The common syndromes of high altitude hypertention are Phlegm and blood stasis resist meridian syndromes; Excession of liver yang syndromes. Deficiency of qi and yin syndromes, liver-kidney yin deficiency syndromes. The most common type is liver-kidney yin deficiency syndromes. The least type is Deficiency of qi and yin syndromes. The most common syndromes is liver-kidney yin deficiency. The least syndromes is Deficiency of qi and yin syndromes.2、The main syndromes is liver-kidney yin deficiency. The symptom characteristic of this kind of syndromes were are dizziness, hot flashes, night sweats, dry eyes, weak waist, five upset hot, dry mouth and throat, forgetfulness.3、The location of high altitude hypertention is in the liver and kidney. The nature of disease intermingled deficiency and excess. The excessive syndromes are phlegm and blood stasis. The deficiency syndromes are yin deficiency and qi deficiency.
