ELISA test: the secretion of Cytokines IL-4、IL-10、IL-13、TGF-β.Western blot detect the expression of PTEN、PI3K、Akt、mTOR、HIF-1α、TGF-β、LYVE-1in tumor tissue and lymph node metastasizing.Conclusion:FuZhengJiedu fang combined chemotherapy can effectively inhibit the tumor recurrence rate in situ local and growth, inhibit distant metastasis of lung, lymph node and prolong survival in mice. The mechanism may be traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy inhibited HIF-la mediated PTEN/PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway, down M2macrophages related cytokines IL-4、IL-10、IL-13、TGF-β secretion, prompting M2to M1-type macrophages changes, decreased tumor microenvironment M2macrophage infiltration type, improved Bureau tumor microenvironment, inhibited vascular lymphatic formation, inhibition of local recurrence of distant metastasis.
