ZINGIBERACEAE Spices Essential Oils Antioxidant And Antifungal Utility

Zingiberaceae plants of many kinds are important seasoning and medicinal plants? and has high value of nutrition and health care. Indispensable composition of volatile oil of zingiberaceae plants,in the clinical medicine also volatile irreplaceable role. In this paper,through a large number of literature search to select three common Jiang Kexin fragrant plants,the volatile oil components analyzed,and the single oil and compound essential oil of antioxidant and antiseptic antibacterial activity in vitro was studied.Using the single factor, orthogonal test to determine the best extraction process of medicinal effect, soaking time, extracting time and the ratio of solid to liquid ratio of volatile oil of crushed in the process of steam distillationextraction method.Determination by spectrophotometry respectively the volatile oil of four kinds of single oil compound essential oil and antioxidant activity,with2,6-2tertiary butyl-4-methyl phenol (butylated hydroxytoluene) as positive control, and remove hydroxyl radicals,DPPH free radicals,superoxide anion free radical ability and reducing power,according to the results of the essential oil to remove three kinds of free radical and reducing power has obvious concentration dependence of the volatile oil removal of scavenging hydroxyl free radicals and the ability of DPPH free radical and reducing power are better than that of butylated hydroxytoluene,illustrates its antioxidant effect is good.Plate dilution method is used and the test tube continuous dilution method to determine the volatile oil of the four kinds of single oil compound essential oil of rhizopus,and inhibitory activity of aspergillus flavus and penicillium and aspergillus Niger. Results found,galangal,cardamom and grass mixture to extract the volatile oil of experiments using mold has certain inhibitory effect and the effect is good,at high concentrations had clear concentration-response relationship its bacteriostatic effect. The result shows that the three kinds of volatile oil of volatile oil as natural antimicrobial drug development potential.
