In recent years, Patients with tumor are treated by radiotherapy. Although thetreatment effect of radiotherapy is good, it is easy to produce radiation accident. Atpresent,192Ir of after loading therapy apparatus is used to treated cervical cancerincidence. This treatment method can make patients get effective treatment. MonteCarlo method is widely used in tumor radiology. The error of simulation of MonteCarlo method is small and conclusion is reliable. In complex structure, Monte Carlomethod can solve the disadvantages of the theoretical calculation.Based on the Monte Carlo simulation, the mode of192Ir source mode and themode of192Ir therapy space building are established to calculate air kerma rate in theroom of after loading therapy and changing with the thickness of shielding material.With comparing theoretical calculation methods, we can get the best constructionscheme to protect doctors and patients. At the same time, in the paper, dose distributionof192Ir source in the cervix and the influence of192Ir shell to does are simulated byMonte Carlo to get the best medical plan by which doctors treat patients.
