Objective To investigate the relationship of age, sex,BMI, HBV DNA, ALT,AST,APTT,PT,HBsAg and gene mutations at baseline with the poor virological response to ETV for the treatment in choronic hepatitisB. Methods128CHB patients received ETV for6months initial treatment. The ALT,AST,HBV DNA,HBsAg,APTT,PT and DNA mutations are testes at baseline. And all the above factors were tested after the ETV therapy4,12,24weeks. Results There were no apparently relationship between age, sex,APTT,PT,ALT,AST with the poor virological response(P>0.05).The BMI,HBV DNA,HBsAg in the poor virological response were higher than the complete virological response(P<0.05),and the relationship was negative with the response. The HBeAg positive was the risky factor of the poor response(OR=5.43;r=0.358).The HBVDNA of24weeks which was (2.516±1.236)log10copies/ml lower than the basic level was easy to the poor virological response(P<0.05) in the HBeAg positive patients. There was significant statistical difference in Ⅴ and Ⅰ of204mutations when HBeAg was positive (P<0.05).But there were no obvious statistical differences in Ⅴ and Ⅰ mutations of204and M mutation of180when HBeAg was negative(P>0.05).The HBVDNA of12weeks which was (1.017±0.756) log10copies/ml lower than the basic level was easy to the poor virological response(P<0.05) in the HBeAg negative patients. Conclusion The high level of BMI,HBV DNA,HBsAg,HBeAg positive and Ⅴ,Ⅰ(>10%) mutations of204were the influcing factors on poor virological response with ETV treatment for24weeks.The HBVDNA of12weeks which was (1.017±0.756) log10copies/ml lower than the basic level was easy to the poor virological response(P<0.05) in the HBeAg negative patients(P<0.05).There were no obvious relationships between the change of ALI、AST and the response.
