The study of determination for voglibose by HPLC with pre-column and post-column derivatizationAn assay procedure was investigated for the analysis of voglibose with pre-column derivatization, and a highly sensitive liquid chromatographic procedure with post-column derivatization using fluorescence detection (LC-FD) was optimizeded and validated for the determination of voglibose in pharmaceutical tablets. Taurine and sodium periodate dissolved in water was used as a post-column reagent.
