Needham Issues

Joseph Terence Montgomery Needham is a great british scientist, once wrote themasterpiece on Chinese scientific history. In1964, he originally worked out a problemnamed The Needham Problem which focus on the start and development of Science,specially on why the modern science could not start in China.For a very long period of time, the Needham Problem has been the key issue ofChina’s development of science and technology.
