Studying the artistry of photography is a complicated job. Just with timely shoots, any photographer or artist would be able to copy the image of the objective, which, however, makes contributions to forming a negative evaluation on photography in arts theories for a long time; that is simple, uncontrollable and realistic copy. Throughout the history of photography, the study of photography’s simple copy and creative expression has become one of the inevitable questions. The study would provide some references for the improvement of the photography.Through researching the books about photography’s simple copy and creative expression, the author has made some foundational study of the history of photography’s simple copy and the artistic features of creative expression. The author also has visited many photographic exhibitions to collect materials. This paper mainly adopts the analytical and comparative research methods to provide a systematical elaboration of photography’s simple copy and creative expression. Firstly, the paper gives a brief introduction of the rise of photography’s simple copy and creative expression; secondly, the paper puts the emphases on the detailed comparative analysis of the simple copy and creative expression. Thirdly the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of photography’s simple copy and creative expression.The study of photography’s simple copy and creative expression is one of the most important questions to discuss. To study the question deeply improves our understanding of photography’s history and language elements constitution. The paper tries to provide a new diversified sight of photography art through the research of photography’s simple copy and creative expression so as to call for attention on the unique expressing charm of photography art.
