Action Research On The Spontaneous Emission Of The Inner Voice

This article adopts the research methods of action research, takes the author as the object of the study, regarding the heart for laboratory, with life experience as the background, researches the reasons that the inner voice spontaneously sprung up and allowable emergence of the inner voice, and finds the meanings of conscientiously listening to inner voice in the form of self exploration.Thesis topic stems from the growing experience of the author, therefore, this research adopts the qualitative research method which is suitable for the research question. Based on states and processes of inner voice spontaneous out, taking life experience for clues, through reflection of the growing practice and action, and search for reasons of inner voice, step by step, the author gradually clears inner voice-"inner child". In the dialogue with the inner child, the author feels the meaning of the inner voice for life and growing up, finds a way of touching and communicating unconscious and inner spiritual world, which is suitable for spiritual growth and walks in the way of individuation.The research has found that:(1) Childhood psychological trauma is the inner power of inner voice spontaneously emergence; it is the external condition of inner voice has emerged In the face of tolerance and acceptance of the unconscious attitude is(2) It can be connected to the "inner child" that allow the spontaneous emergence of inner voice and aware and listen it. It makes the injured children healing gradually.In addition, if necessary, in the process of listening and accommodating spontaneously emerging of the inner voice, we need seek for psychological assistance. It can strengthen the forces of self, in order to accommodate spontaneously poured out of the inner voice better.
