Perceived High School Teacher Expectations, Relations And Educational Recommendations Competitive Attitude And Test Anxiety

In the high school,the perceived teacher-expectancy and competitive attitude have great influence on students’ performance. Taking the examinations is the most important way to measure the learning performance. This study adopts questionnaire method using the students’perception of teacher expectancy questionnaire, Competitive attitude scale and Test anxiety scale.The349senior high school students participated in this research.The results showed that:1.Senior high school students are more easier to perceive teachers’expectation in the teaching process than in the teacher support process.The academic feedback process is the middle level of perception on the teacher’s expectation-things.2.Boys are more easier to perceived teachers’ expectation than girls. Girls’healthy competitive attitude was not significantly different than boys;Boys’ hyper-competitive attitude is significantly higher than girls.The girls’ test anxiety is higher than boys.3.The Grade1is more easier perceived teachers’ expectations than the Grade2.The Grade3is in the middle level.The healthy competitive attitude of Grade3is the highest level than the other grades and the hyper-competitive attitude of Grade2is the highest level than the other two Grades.4.High school students’ academic feedback and test anxiety are negatively correlated, perceived teacher expectations and the dimensions and test anxiety are not related.5.The healthy individual competitive attitude and test anxiety are not significantly correlation; The hyper-competitive attitude and test anxiety are positive correlation.
