Philosophical Thinking Of Contemporary Chinese Business Ethics Construction

With the establishment of the socialist market economy and the continuous development since the reform and opening up, Chinese enterprises as an important part of the socialist market economy has made remarkable achievements and tremendous development, and China’s rapid economic development and social life progress have made a great contribution. On the other hand, we have also seen, contemporary Chinese enterprises also there is imbalance in the justice and benefit, social responsibility, indifference, lack of credibility, lack of humane care for employees, environmental responsibility is missing many of the ethical issues that can not be ignored. Ethical Abnormality contemporary Chinese enterprises exist, not only seriously affect the long-term healthy development of the enterprises themselves, but also seriously endanger the order of the socialist market economy and the people’s physical and mental health, more important is the development of Chinese society and the social and cultural construction had a negative impact.In this paper, the current social environment for Chinese enterprises ethical issues, trying to stand in the height of the Marxist philosophy of historical materialism and human development, the theoretical study of business ethics.
