And further more, it helped The Communist Party of China to publicized their policies to the world, expand the international influence of the Communist Party of China, and also to have a positive impact on the victory in the war of liberation and the construction of The People’s Republic of China. Therefore, it’s very important and necessary to study on the international aid for the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia border region during the Anti Japanese War. Through the conclusion and summary of the related data of international aid for the border region during the Anti Japanese War in this paper and analyze the necessity of the relevant policies and measures which were made by the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia border region government to strive for the international aid, to conclude the main contents, the characteristics and the historical significances of international aid during this period, try to do some basic work for further research.
