Through the discussion of typical characteristics of powersupply contract, we know how to clear the rights and obligations between the differentsides.So far, we have formulated the "contract law","Electricity Law","electricity supplyand use of regulations","Electricity Regulatory Ordinance" and other administrativeregulations, in the field of power supply contract,we have complete laws to use. Whilewe should know the problem of the interface between the upper laws and the lower laws,and lower level law also needs to be improved.In the operation of the contract process, there are many risks,such as contract subjectqualification, performance of power, electricity, etc. These potential risk may causedisputes of both sides, through the analysis of the potential risk and the measures shouldbe taken, we may provide feasible suggestions to the actual performance of powersupply contract.In the cause of the actual performance of the contract,there will produce damagesbecause of breach of contract.The principle of determining liability, the scope of losses,the concurrence of tort liability and breach liability and the attitude of pure economicloss of interest have become important for us to solve this kind of disputes.
