The growth of civil society in China is accompanied by the reform and openingup, under the impetus of the global wave of democratization. China’s civil so-ciety from scratch to mature with each passing day, through the developmentof more than30years, experienced a complex and difficult transformation. In-creasingly the various civic organizations attempt to participate in and influen-ce national decision-making through a variety of ways to protect their own inte-rests and achieve their democratic rights and political values.China’s diploma-cy decision-making mechanism has experienced four generations of collecti-ve leadership, and has been reformeing from extensive and single to rigorousand complete gradually. From the perspective of civil society, the article analy-sed the changes of China’s diplomatic decision-making mechanism, and foundthat China’s civil society had the ability to affect foreign policy decisions. Byfurther discussing which ways and effects that civil society can make use of toinfluence diplomacy decision-making, it has proved that the civil society hadpositive effects on diplomacy decision-making,that is, promoting the healthyand steady development of society and the positive interaction between stateand citizens.Thus the article proposed to use and develop the positive factorsof the civil society to achieve comprehensive diplomacy and to achieve China’sdiplomatic goal of establishing a good international image of China. |
