Administrative Supervision Problems And Solutions

In human’s political life, how to restrict state power is an eternal subject. In China, as rapid development of social economy, corruption is becoming more and more serious. It blocks the reform and development step of our country. How to strengthen the supervision and restriction to the administrative power is an important problem in China’s construction of socialist market economy and democracy. To study the current situation of administrative supervision in our country, and to explore the way of reformation and improvement. It has an important realistic meaning for promoting the administration according to law in administrative organ and personal in our country, and building the socialist country under the rule of law. Further more, it is one of important guarantee to achieve the goal of administrative organization. The dissertation includes four chapters. The first chapter is an introduction. It introduces the selection background of this dissertation and the meaning of research, an analysis of research situation in administrative supervision in domestic and foreign analysis. Meanwhile I illustrate the research approach and research method in this chapter. The second chapter expounds basic principles of administrative supervision. It includes contents and features of administrative supervision. And it also includes the study of practical and theoretical basis of administrative supervision in China and explains the practical significance of administrative supervision in China. The third chapter is a discussion of existed problems of administrative supervision. In order to solve the existed problems, I put forward five methods and ways to improve administrative supervision in China in fifty chapter.
