Superficially, righteous behavior means when somebody was in danger, people canstand up give a helping hand in considerations of justice.It is the embodiment of mutualaid, also is one of the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation. But today, there have beenmany bad events, people who do good deeds but do not get good returns or relief. Thenumber of righteous behavior is becoming less and less. Consequently, in order toencourage people to help others, we must perfect the right relief by law way.This paper is divided into three chapters. The first chapter mainly explains the legaldefinition of righteous behavior, analysis the legal relationships between the interestedparties, and at last points out the necessity of protection and relief for the heroes. Thesecond chapter mainly presents the existing relief and protection channels, they arenon-cause management, justifiable defense, urgent evasion, to prevent aggressive behavior,the local legislation and so on. At the same tine, it points out the deficiency of thosechannels. In the third chapter, based on the comparison and reference with the GoodSamaritan Law, it puts forward the improvement suggestions, such as make sure theworking department and principle, endow the heroes with the immunity right, clear-out thelegal responsibility of the interested parties. At last, the author expects the establishmentof the above legal system will be benefit of our future legislation and judicial practice.
