Today The Executive Leader Of Research Quality

Report of the Seventeenth Party Congress explicitly noted that the CPC must "continually strengthen the leadership competence of the Party to create high-quality leader groups." It shows that CPC puts forward requests for a higher quality and ability of current executive leaders in a developing and changing condition. With the deepening of China’s Reform and Opening up, administrative leadership structure of existing knowledge and capabilities can not meet enough the requirements of social development. So what qualities should current leaders have and how to optimize is not only the core of quality theory research, but also the main problem that the thesis tries to study. The innovation of the thesis is to make some exploration of optimization and promotion of the current and forward leadership structure from combination of theory and practice and cognition of administrative leaders, especially make some study on what capabilities should executive leaders have. The article is divided into five parts, discusses the modern meaning of executive leaders, characteristics and leadership qualities, explains optimization of leadership qualities structure, analyze the main problems of executive leadership and the causes, at last put forward countermeasures against promotion of leadership qualities.
