Cultural Heritage, Social Construction And Home Maintenance: Implications Qinghai Minority Grassroots NGO's

The goal of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and implementing the overall plan for promoting economic, political, cultural, social, and ecological progress has been made through the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Economy and politics have caught the attention of the governments at all levels. The cultural, social and ecological will be the new proposition at the30years of reform and opening up.These three issues are more important and urgent for achieving the prosperous society in ethnic minority regions compared the other issues. If the social, cultural and ecological civilization of ethnic minorities and minority areas could not be completed, the Chinese dream and Chinese nation’s rejuvenation will be affected. I got the opportunity to participate the project on ethnic minority areas NGO Empirical studies, which is subsidized by EMSCOC of MUC. My goal is spending two month to investigate two NGO which are San Jiangyuan (The Snowland Great Rivers Environmental Protection Association) and Jin Sanchuan (Jin Sanchuan Culture Center).In the research process, I find the project operation mode of grassroots NGO which the NGO take themselves as "middleman" and adopt "bottom-up" project operation method is worth promoting in minority areas. I will take Jin Sanchuan for example. For the areas of project operation spreading Tu, Hui, Tibetan and other minorities, this model is based on the cultural understanding of local people which could reflect the aspirations of the basic livelihood of local people in mental and material.The practices of San Jiangyuan at high altitudes are similar to Jin Sanchuan. San Jiangyuan started protecting Tibetan antelope with Tibetan cadres and caused all residents’cultural awareness for the environment. The action objectives of protecting their rights and ecology have been formed by generation to generation. It combines the official sources, national identity and the characteristics of civil society to achieve its own development and construct unique environmental discourse and action capabilities.This article reveals the operating mechanism and its significance through two cases, which is important for protecting eco-homes and inheriting ethnical cultures and would help us to understand the innovation development in ethnic minorities and minority areas. The change of development mode and the shift of cognitive paradigm are needed in both minorities and the pattern of diversity in unity of the Chinese nation. Its core is "from the social development to the cultural ecology". The. project operation mode of Jin Sanchuan is very important to the maintenance of cultural diversity and reflects the aspirations of minorities and transformation of development mode of mainstream society.I believe this pattern reflects the homeland cultural consciousness of ethnic minorities, which is conductive to enhancing the voice of minorities and the ethical consciousness of mainstream society. It has the academic and practical significance. This paper also discusses the possibility of promoting project pattern of grassroots NGO in ethnic minority areas. We will adhere to and improve the system of regional national autonomy within the framework of "Common Program" and national constitution. The peoples should grasp the symbiotic relationship among the economic and social development and cultural heritage, political civilization and the construction of ecological civilization. Build the harmonious relationship, society and world along the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The research methods this paper has taken are Participant observation, Focus interview and comparative method from the vision of ethnology, anthropology and cultural ecology.The population of Chinese ethnic minorities accounts for only less than10%of the national population. But the autonomous region accounted for64%of the national territory, which is border areas adjoined to more than20neighboring countries. The resources occupied by ethnic minorities and their potential of affecting china are far above their population and the cognition of mainstream society to them. I hope I can find the ways for ethnic minorities to give opinions through studying and analysis the grassroots social organizations in minority areas and make an effect on promoting China’s concept update in minority and regime innovation and the way of development.
