Problems And Countermeasures On Urban Community Administrations

In our country, city community governance as a major aspect of livelihood issues is a new topic. With the development of the times and the renewal of idea, our country pays more and more attention to the research on city community governance. The research on the problems and countermoves of Chinese city community governance has a great significance for strengthening the construction of socialist democratic politics, ensuring and improving people’s livelihood and building the harmonious community and harmonious society. This paper firstly describes the theory of the people’s livelihood development strategy and city community governance generally, and then on the basis of affirming the achievements of city community governance in our country, puts forward some problems of city community governance in China and analyzes the causes from the perspective of the people’s livelihood development strategy, these problems includes:the administrative color of city community governance system is thicker, city community civil organizations grow slow, the city community residents to participate in is insufficient, the team of city community workers is weak and the capital investment of city community governance is insufficient. Finally, based on the successful experiences of foreign city community governance model, aiming at the problems and causes, this paper puts forward the countermoves of improving the city community governance in our country, which conclude:we should dilute the administrative color of city community governance system, develop city community civil organizations, improve the participation of city community residents, strengthen the team of city community workers and increase the capital investment of city community governance. I hope that the above research results can provide some suggestions and references for improving and promoting the city community governance in China.
