Strategic Analysis Of The Domestic Violence Prevention

Family violence has become a global problem across borders, ideology, class andrace. And the danger can not be overlooked. From "Do not talk to strangers" to the "LiYang family violence incident", the family violence had once and once again aroused hot.It has been an urgent social problem on taking what preventive measures to effectivelycombat family violence. Although China has many anti-family violence measures forcases of family violence, but the data showed that these initiatives did not achievesignificant results.Compared to China, foreign countries started to carry out the prevention andtreatment of family violence very early. So they had in-depth anti-family violencejudicial practice and theoretical research. Therefore, it has much beneficial for China’santi-family violence work of learning and introducing of effective foreign anti-familyviolence measures combined with China’s actual situation. According to the trend ofdiversification of China’s family violence, the author put forward a series of anti-familyviolence strategy based on analysis of the plight of anti-family violence measures. Thetext of this paper was divided into the following four parts:Chapter1: Combined with the words of the family violence, it has further formed acorrect understanding of the basic meaning of the family violence by analyzing thedefined interpretation of family violence in various stages. And a clear boundary wasmade with family disputes.Chapter2: It has focused on the analysis of the causes and hazards of the hiddencharacteristics of family violence, and to reveal the root causes for difficult to find andcurb.Chapter3: The measures and predicaments of China during its prevention of familyviolence were analyzed simply to clarify the various agencies in the process ofanti-family violence.Chapter4: Combined with the reality of our country, suggestions were put forwardfor improvement of the anti-family violence strategy by drawing on the useful experience of foreign anti-family violence.
