Taking courageous acts for a just case is a kind of virtue,and it is veryimportant,especially in our country which have been influenced by the Confucianismedification.We are living in a era which have different kinds of theory and thinkings,moreand more people are thinking about whether we should taking courageous acts for a justcase or not.We should encourage people help each other and make it on the right track bylaw rules.This text is divided into four parts to discuss it:Chapter I: It will talking about the definition and the key component of takingcourageous acts for a just case, and it can be defined as one kind of negotiorum gestiowhile different from that with its specific characteristics.Chapter II: This pat is about the good Samaritan laws in the foreign countries. Mostcountries have Negative Samaritan it in their law,only a little have Actively Samaritan intheir law,such as the Good Samaritan law in America.The Negative courageous behaviorresponsibility deserve to learn.Chapter III: This part will discuss the compensation to the courageous people for thepersonal injury and property damage from the beneficiaries.The infringer mustcompensate the samaritan,whether the beneficiary should do it or not.We will discuss therationality.At the same time,the beneficiary should pay for the remuneration.Chapter IV: In this part we will talking about the purpose of setting up theFoundation For Justice And Courage,and its legal nature,especially its sources of fundingand management.Followed by the government courageous acts of people’s social securityproblem.Chapter V: This part is about the behavior of blackmail against the beneficiary existsin the real life.As well as the relevant provisions in the foreign laws.And then put forwardthe measures we should take.
