On The Perfection Of Legal System Of Strict Liability In Environmental Crime

As the increasingly serious of Land Desertification, Atmospheric Pollution, Acid RainPhenomenon, Landslide, Air Pollution and so on, China is now trapped in all kinds ofenvironmental problems. Since1980s, great changes are taking place not only in the developmentof economy, but also in the worse of the environment.As we destructed the environment to get little economic interest in the past, we now have toundertake the bitter pills of what we did.In dealing with Fraud of L/C, we should go deep in understanding the characters of L/C andits legal problems. This paper is to research on Fraud of L/C, talking about some important theoryand practical problems of it. Then raise some solutions to handle this problem.This paper is divided into four parts and every part is related to a problem.The first part is:Debate on the conception of Fraud of L/C.
