The Research On Children Welfare Of The Late Stage Of Republic Of China

Children are the future of the country, the hope of the nation. Giving priority to providingwelfare for children growth and development, is the universal principles of internationalsociety, also an important duty of the whole country and society. At present our country is inthe period of social transformation, dramatic change has brought great risks to the childrenwho are one of the vulnerable groups and different problems keep popping up. Therefore, toestablish an appropriate universal type of child welfare system, to expansion of the children’swelfare, and to improve the level of children’s welfare, is an important action to implementthe people-oriented.Safeguarding the rights and interests of children and promoting children’sall-round development, is the focus of national future long-term development, the reservetalents resource of urgent need, also the inherent requirements of improving the system, socialwelfare system and promoting social fairness and justice. To fully understand the importanceand urgency of moderate Pratt&Whitney type of child welfare system construction, is ofgreat significance to the development of children’s welfare. Under the support of the nationsocial work has been continuously developing, turns to scientific and professional, and playsan important role in solving children’s problems and in promoting children’s welfare. Socialwork is introduced into China in the period of the Republic of China and the development oflarge-scale social work practice, the late stage of Republic of China experienced a historicalperiod of transition of the social welfare system, the government of the Republic of Chinasociety had developed a series of children’s welfare policy and took the social work methods,and developed children’s welfare experimentation area, in order to promote the developmentof child welfare. Therefore, the development of the late stage of Republic of China childwelfare provides some reference to children’s social work development and to solve theproblems of children’s welfare.
