Accompanied by the development of Internet communication technology and computertechnology as well as the popularization of computers, networking and globalization hasbecome an irresistible trend of the world, e-commerce emerged in this context. E-commercebased on the Internet for new commercial transaction mode technology platform provides anew platform and bridge for the traditional trading patterns. As the role of e-commerce in theeconomic growth continue to increase, we also found that the e-commerce market monopolyagreements, abuse of market dominance and monopolistic behavior. This paper focuses onthe regulation of e-commerce market, monopolistic behavior, and maintenance of thee-commerce market competition order to expand.In this paper, starting from the existing anti-monopoly law and regulations, to theexisting anti-monopoly law framework to deals with how to regulate the monopoly behaviorof e-commerce should be. The article is divided into four parts: the first part, introduce therelated concepts of e-commerce. More detailed introduces the basic theory of e-commerce,define the scope of electronic markets contain at the same time, expounds the significance ofdefining the relevant market and how to define the relevant market. The second part, thecomparison of different countries or areas antitrust e-commerce competition policy andlegislation, and seeking for China’s e-commerce market in the anti-monopoly law regulationof the enlightenment. The third part is detailed introduced the status quo of e-commerce inour country anti-monopoly law regulation and anti-monopoly law regulation problems ofe-commerce in our country. First of all, introduced in the development of e-commerce isrepresentative of monopoly behavior. Secondly, this paper discusses the e-commerce marketat the present stage in China anti-monopoly legislation, the present situation of theadministrative law enforcement and the anti-monopoly civil litigation. Finally, points out thatthe antimonopoly law in electronic commerce market problems when implemented. Thefourth part is according to our country electronic commerce anti-monopoly law regulation ofdefect improvement Suggestions are put forward. From the aspects of electronic commerceanti-monopoly law, the relationship between the parties, improve the private relief measuresand improving Suggestions on strengthening industry association activities. Based on the regulation of e-commerce market of monopoly, maintaining e-commercemarket competition order, for the purpose of incorporating e-commerce this new economicactivities into the existing anti-monopoly law framework, is how to regulate the monopolybehavior of e-commerce. On this basis trying to build a through a series of system design bythe anti-monopoly enforcement authority, anti-monopoly judicial authority, industryregulators and e-commerce industry association jointly established perfect electroniccommerce anti-monopoly regulation system.
