Research On The Comsummation Of Motor Vehicle Accident Imputation System

With the coming of China industrialization era, motor vehicle has gradually become the main means of transportation of human life. That ecomomic has rapidly developed and private cars swiftly popularize benefit people’s life, at the same time, expand the radius of people’s life. However, motor vehicles, as means of transportation of people’s life and work, have a vital weakness--the frequent occurrence of trafic accident. Taking place traffice accidents not only bring enormous property damage but also cause serious casulties. In order to effectively deal with traffic accidents, the causes of the disputes and a series of social problem, it is crucial to establish valid traffic accident responsibility imputation system. On the one hand, in the perspective of social responsibility, we explore the treatment of motor vehicles should be adopted multiple imputation system through analysing the characteristics and functions of general tort and special tort imputation principle, comparing imputation principles which refer to dealing with special tort behaviour and traffic accidens in different countries. On the other hand, we make full use of social road assistance funds and compulsory liability insurance of traffic accident to improve the system of motor vehicle accident imputation.
