Cloud computing is a new revolutionary advances of Internet technology, it hasspawned, such as cloud storage, cloud services, cloud copyright applications, andpromoted the rapid development of the computer industry and copyright industries.However, cloud computing technical regulatory lag makes some copyright issues becomeincreasingly prominent. For example, some cloud computing service providers allowusers to download unlimited cloud storage resources or transmission of data, suchbehavior violated the copyright of the original author and it is not conducive to theprotection of intellectual property rights. Although cloud computing technology will beaccompanied by some copyright issues, it will also promote greater development ofcloud services copyright industries, at the same time it would be an important role toimprove our network legislation.
