Liege relationship is an important aspect of national politics, and the The Sui Dynasty’s liege relationship had its unique characteristics which was the Emperor suspected the ministers and the ministers revolted. This reflects that the Sui Dynasty Emperor suspected the ministers, but also show that the imperial court officials challenged and competited for the imperial authority. This paper will be probed into the Sui Dynasty’s liege relationship characteristics and performance, the reasons and influences that it casts on the disharmonious liege relationship of Sui Dynasty. This paper consists the following parts:The first chapter:Citing historical figures, experts and scholars’analysis and commentary to the Sui Dynasty, the author points out that the characteristics of liege relationship in the Sui Dynasty, it was that The emperor’s suspicion and the minister’s betray.Then based on the list of statistics of character biographies in sui shu, the author further summarized and demonstrated the Sui Dynasty "The emperor’s suspicion and the minister’s betray." and the characteristics and performance of the liege relationship.The second chapter:This part clears up a large number of historical data, from the sovereign, captaincy forces, guanlong people, composition of officials four aspects.
