Then this paper discusses the relationship between public and private space, this paper mainly from the following aspects:to define the definition of public and private space, the relationship between public and private space, clear both to correctly handle the relationship between privacy plays an important role in public places. Then the author probes into the boundary of the right of privacy in public places, related to the boundaries between public interest and private interest, the conflict between the public’s right to know and individual right of privacy, further made clear the necessity of protecting the right of privacy in public places.
