Private Law On The Protection Of The Right Of Privacy

The development of modern information technology, especially the popularity of Internet applications, and the complexity of the relationship between the real—life personality, making the gap between the seeking to maintain privacy and the things that the real world have offered become higher and higher。The spiritual world peace people need and the protection of human dignity and personality development are facing more and more challenges, as well as the system of legal protection of privacy。 This paper attempts to discuss the relevant issues of privacy, improving some suggestions on legal protection of privacy。The paper is divided into four parts。The first part is about the general theory of privacy issues, including define the concept of privacy and privacy right, and analysis the object and capabilities of privacy right. Through these analyzes we can understand what privacy is, which is the premise to develop regulations for their protection of privacy。The second part is the base value of privacy right。Through this analysis we can further understand why developing laws protection system of privacy。And the base value is not only the objectives the law system want to achieve。It also can provide direction for the development of regulations, The third part is the status of the legal protection of privacy, including the foreign and the domestic legislation。Through the analysis of the foreign legislation we can obtain the reference for the improvement of legislation of our country。The fourth part is about the designing of privacy legislation in our law system。Through a series of legislative pattern analysis, make a clear choice in many patterns of legislative and offer some legislative proposals。...
