ABSTRACT:As in the context of economic globalization, China’s economic development has entered a new stage of economic reform like a raging fire. With the process of city spread out in the national, the land resources become increasingly stretched, It is often seen. social problems caused by land expropriation compensation, and further intensify the phenomenon. In the process of land expropriation compensation, how to balance the public interests of the society and people’s personal interests has become an important task in our party and the socialist modernization of our country.This article from the basic political system of our country, on the land expropriation compensation system in our country’s existing, combining foreign advanced experience in legislation and practice, and puts forward some rational suggestions to perfect the compensation system of our country land.
