The Study Of Problems Of "Administration" In Governmental Charity Organizations In China

Chain’s charity organization engenders from the background of "large government and small society", it has the historical tradition of "government supervises charity affairs". From the earliest days, most of the charity organizations are depend on local government. This situation leads to the problem of "administration". On one hand, it’s helpful to establish a new charity organization; on the other hand, it doesn’t in accord with the characteristic of "non-governmental" and "self-governing".
