Differentiation Of Interests And The Interests Of The Coordination Of Social Transformation

Urbanization， industrialization， secularization， democratization， popularization ofeducation，participation of news and so on，as the main aspect of the modernization process，have emerged with necessity and correlation. And the interests differentiation，social conflictsand interests coordination，as the important and general phenomenon of modern social life，arethe motive power.China is in period of transformation from traditional society to modern society. In thisperiod, our country faces not only opportunities for development but also sharp contradictions.Accompanied by the interest-guide of Country, the development of the market economy, theadjustment of ownership structure and the change of people’s idea of interests, the intereststructure of our country went through with great adjustment, that it to say, the traditional andhomogeneous interest structure tends to collapse and changes into the diversification of intereststructure. Efficiency priority and development strategy of interest competition further encourageinterest body to pursue reasonable personal interests. This development mode of high-speed、imbalance and great-leap led to the huge development of China’s productivity and the greatsuccess attract worldwide attention in the past thirty years. However, interest differentiationresulted from the competition of free-interests is in ceaseless aggravate; interest contradictionsand interest conflicts are sharpening and interest relationship trends to be unbalanced andcomplicated.This paper is based on social status of transitional stages, analyses the causes and the severechallenges, inquires into the way on how to control effectively and solve the problem of interestcontradictions and interest conflicts in the case of interest differentiation which is intensifying.This paper deems that the essence of the above problems is how to coordinate the interestrelationship. In other words, we must abide by the principle of overall consideration, fairness andjustice, stable and orderly state and benefit-sharing awareness in the right direction of Marx’sinterest theory and construct the scientific and reasonable interest guiding mechanism、benefitexpression mechanism and interest adjustment mechanism. Meanwhile, we must search for theway on how to coordinate current interests with long-term interests in order to attend themagnificent goal of the construction of socialist harmonious society and to realize therequirements of scientific and sustainable development of our country.
