Economic Transition Of Public Service Oriented Government

Since the1978implementation of market-oriented reforms in the economic system in China, we are out of a common development path of development to economic refor ms driven by other social undertakings. After years of development, China has achieved rapid development in various undertakings. With the continuous development of China’s s ocialist market economic system and perfect, there are a number of problems and contra dictions in the process of economic development. Such as the extensive growth of the ec onomy and resources, environmental constraints contradictions; Between urban and rural a reas, between regions, the development gap between the groups is too large and the gov ernment lacks the necessary, effective social security contradiction and so on. Existing co ntradictions and problems of these developments has become a restricting our constraints to further enhance the comprehensive national strength. The main cause of the lack of co-ordination of economic and social development in China is that the Chinese government development model deviation. Governments at all levels as the value orientation has bee n economic growth, too much interfering with the operation of the market, hindering the market’s basic role in allocating resources. At the same time, to GDP, as measured view of achievements the government to ignore or even play down its public service function s, should play a leading role of the public service functions, such as education, health ca re, the cost of living of the masses of the people greatly increased, cannot be equal to e njoy the fruits of economic development.In the case of tight energy resources, environmental pollution is serious, serious imb alance, and the general public development is the growing demand for public services, A n urgent need for our government to change their functions, to reduce intervention in the market, while improving the quality and efficiency of public services for the community to provide adequate, high-quality public goods. This paper aims to in Western Public Se rvice Theory carding system to examine the course of development of China’s economic transformation of government functions since the case, summed up in the construction of public service-oriented government’s achievements and problems of China’s specific natio nal conditions, for the presence of problems, learn from foreign experience in the relevan t national administrative reform and localization to finally be able to explore some useful insights on the present public service-oriented government building.
