Physical Evidence Storage Research Questions

Real evidence is becoming more and more important in litigation. The same is with keeping real evidence. The major part of this thesis is discussing the theory of keeping real evidence and implementing keeping real evidence. System building and improving are the main part of this theory. It also can provide practicability standards for keeping real evidence. This thesis verifies the feasibility of legislation and practical operation.Combined with the above content, four parts are stated. The first part is the introduction of keeping real evidence’s basic theory. It defines the conception, characteristic, types and importance of real evidence. The second part analyses the current situation of keeping real evidence and legislation. It can integrate the structure of this thesis and verifies the importance of keeping real evidence. The third part is standard of keeping real evidence. It discusses five types of keeping real evidence and standards. This discussion can instruct the direction of keeping real evidence. The last part is two suggestions. The first one is legislation of keeping real evidence. The legislation can instruct behaviors and define responsibilities. The second one is details of keeping real evidence. For example, stockers, records, labels and so on.It is divided in three parts of introduction, main text and conclusion. The introduction includes background, importance, literature and key points. Main text includes four chapters which are basic theory, current situation of legislation and keeping real evidence, standards, suggestion of legislation and implementation. The conclusion is that keeping real evidence should be emphasized and legislation should be improved and implemented.
