There are profound strategic significance and great practical significance for our country to strengthen the construction of the clean and honest grass-roots government in the rural areas which is advantageous to the agriculture modernization and rural long-term prosperity and stability in our country. The agriculture related duty crime committed by grassroots organizations staffs, such as villagers committee, which endanger the interests of the peasants and nation and do great harm to public society, are one of the important factors causing social instability. So that the problem has attracted widespread attention came from any section. However, the agriculture-related crime has also emerged, which has a growing trend. Therefore, study the present situation, the causes, means, and features of agriculture-related crime in rural, then find the problem, exploration countermeasure of agriculture-related crime, has extremely important practical significance.The specific ideas of this article as follows:The first part:introduction.
