An Empirical Study Of Identification And Punishment Of Illegal Practice

To address the imperfection in Legislation of current illegal medical practices anddifficulties and controversy in law enforcement, the paper analyzes cases of illegalpractices and analyzes problems and deficiencies in law enforcement authorities, andfrom the legislative philosophy and law enforcement reality, taking typical cases as thestarting point, the paper makes feasible suggestions for the identification of illegalmedical practice, legal provisions applications, discretion of illegal income in illegalpractice, and authorization of administrative penalties and other issues so as to addressdifficulties in law enforcement by health administration to fight against "illegalpractice". It provides a theoretical basis for the daily law enforcement and practicalbasis to ensure more rigorous handling of cases, accurate application of the law, andreasonable discretionary punishment in the fighting against "illegal practice" cases.
