Study On Allocation Scheme Optimization For Military Transport Vehicles

In order to improve the military combat capacity in new century, Central Military Commission put forward the important instructions about strengthening the management of existing weaponry and equipment, fully making the advantage of the potential and improving the ability of carrying out the task by using existing weaponry and equipment. The combat troops depend more and more on the logistics support with the further advancement of weapons and equipment modernization. Highway transportation plays a crucial role as an important link connecting the front and back area in battlefield. As the means of delivery for the highway transportation, the scientific and reasonable allocation structure of Military transport vehicles is important to the efficiency of military highway transportation.The paper enucleate the basic concept of military vehicle allocation and takes the allocation philosophy of foreign transport vehicle as reference, analyzes the basic circs of military transport vehicles’support capability on the base of well knowing the actuality of military transport vehicles, start off from the concomitant support capability in the war, persisting in the combination of theory and practice, taking the objective laws of the development of military equipment management as the base, analyzes the requirement of the categories of military transport vehicles. Put forward the common principle of military vehicle allocation, take mobility, transport ability and vehicles quota as restriction, and then uses GLPS to establish the military transport vehicles allocation models for different categories troops. Take a Brigade of The military force as an example to determine the allocation plan and filter some preparatory projects accord with restrictions. introduce some Multiple Attributes Decision Making (MADM) methods that in common uses, detailed analysis the method MADM which base on maximum deviation, and use it optimize the alternative plans and gained the best project of military transport allocation.This study is closely related to the military transport vehicle research, procurement, allocation, management and other related departments. Through the research, this paper is aims to providing a theoretical basis and reference for the work of military vehicles allocation.
