The Study Of The Inner-party Democracy Of The CPC In The Period Of Yan’an

The communist party of China has always attached great importance to theconstruction of the inner-party democracy, the16th CPC National Congress alsoincrease the inner-party democracy to the height of the life of the party.In the newconditions, an important part of the development of inner-party democracy is not onlyChina’s political system reform and the construction of political civilization, but alsothe need of building a well-off society and building a socialist harmonious society.Yan’an period is the inner-party democracy construction of the Communist Party ofChina made a great progress in the period, the Democratic Party of the period, ishelpful for us to learn lessons, inner-party democracy building better guidance in thenew period, so as to push forward the reform of the political system and theconstruction of socialist harmonious society.This article consists of four parts of inner-party democratic construction periodof Yan’an. First of all, the problems related to the democracy within the party isdiscussed. The concept, characteristics and function of Inner Party democracyrespectively explain. Secondly, analyzing the historical practice of inner-partydemocracy in Yan’an. The party’s six sessions of six CPC plenary conferences througha series of established Marx’s organizational line,creating a new situation in the inner-party democracy. The Yan’an rectification movement create a new mode ofdemocracy within the party, such as the establishment of the "seek truth from facts"line of thinking, to implement the "criticism and self-criticism" political life style. Theparty7enriches the theory of inner-party democracy, the construction of the inner-party democracy is justified. The inner-party democracy has its own system formduring the war of liberation, and also has begun to institutional constraints and norms,mature step by step. Thirdly, based on the practice of inner-party democracy in the period of Yan’an，we have summarized the experience of democratic construction:working methods, adhere to the mass line of adhering to the principle of democraticcentralism, insisting on the collective leadership, adhere to accept the supervision ofthe masses inside and outside the party. Finally, this paper discusses theEnlightenment of the inner-party democracy construction in the period of Yan’an fromthe perspective of theory and practice.The inner-party democracy is the life of the Party, has an important exemplaryand leading role in people’s democracy. The CPC as a Marx’s ruling party, whether theinner-party democracy is full or not,that not only directly related to maintain thevitality and creativity of the party, but also related to the consolidation of the party’sruling status and the development of people’s democracy.
