This thesis put Rawls`procedural justice as the mainly discussion. This thesis isdivided into three chapters.The first chapter is the foundation of this thesis. The mainly discussion are threeclassification on Rawls`social justice (substantial justice, formal justice andprocedural justice) and three division on Rawls`procedural justice (prefect proceduraljustice, imperfect procedural justice and pure procedural justice). Discussing the basicconcepts of Rawls`procedural is the main task of the first chapter.The second chapter is the core of this thesis. The mainly discussion are changesof Rawls`procedure justice before and after. Rawls`early procedure justice is basedon “a Theory of Justice”. Discussing procedure justice in Original Position and TwoPrinciples of Justice and discussing the relationship between pure procedural justiceand formal justice. Rawls`later procedure justice is based on “Political Liberalism”.Discuss the revision to procedure justice, the introducing o f substantial justice and theintroducing of Overlapping Consensus.The third chapter is the expansion of this thesis. The mainly discussion is theargument about procedural justice between Rawls and Habermas. DiscussingHabermas`s criticism of Rawls and Rawls`s defense.
